1 Introduction and Acceptance

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

• A government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months);

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rrr55 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rrr55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of rrr55.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on rrr55 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your rrr55 BDT wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. rrr55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount on rrr55 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your rrr55 account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before real-money withdrawals are available on associated funds;

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives offered by rrr55 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once;
• Using bonus funds to place low-risk, hedged bets designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers collectively;
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for promotional offers.

5.4 Promotion Availability

rrr55 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players — rrr55 reserves the right to restrict promotional participation for accounts exhibiting non-recreational play patterns, without being required to disclose the specific criteria applied.

6 Sportsbook and Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the rrr55 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by rrr55. rrr55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed at an erroneous price, where the relevant event has already commenced at the time of bet placement (for pre-match markets), or where rrr55 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of a pattern of irregular or suspicious wagering activity.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on the rrr55 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. 6.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by rrr55 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play period; the event is rescheduled and takes place more than 48 hours after the original fixture date; an obvious pricing error is identified; or the result cannot be confirmed by an official source within a reasonable timeframe. Voided bet stakes are returned to your BDT wallet in full.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Bets placed during a temporary suspension of in-play markets will be voided and stakes returned.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall apply within that product's scope. Players accessing W Live and Dragon Gate must meet the same 21+ eligibility requirement as all other rrr55 products.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrr55 platform. Any account found to be engaged in any of the behaviours listed below will be subject to immediate suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Operating more than one rrr55 account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users via the rrr55 interface;

9 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rrr55 platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any rrr55 content;
• Use the rrr55 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on rrr55 platform content;

Any use of rrr55 intellectual property beyond the scope of the licence described above constitutes infringement and may be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rrr55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the rrr55 platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of betting or gaming winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform maintenance;
• Loss or corruption of account data;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any action or inaction by a third-party game provider that affects the outcome of a game session;
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

rrr55 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. In no event shall the aggregate liability of rrr55 to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause is intended to affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Bangladesh.

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis — class action proceedings against rrr55 are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
